Catering a proper vegetarian Indian dinner for 35 people cooking mostly everything on the spot. Some preparation like breads and chutneys prepared the evening before, the rest of food prepared just before the event started, all together around 5 hours plus 2 hours of service and lots of fun.

Just ask for fresh ingredients, simplicity, humbleness and you will get an amazing experience.

Be clear about the availability of a proper kitchen with appliances or a casual kitchen. The menu can be adapted based on the appliances and utensils available at the venue. Be clear also about waitering, drinks, and please be sure of knowing what you want to eat. For Moksha, making food for customers mean making customers happy so we would like to collaborate as much as we can with our customers to please them as much as possible.
